|After researching dining chairs I discovered there was not one of my liking. Many designer friends own the famous DSW Eames chairs, but I want my own personalised family chairs. Still thinking about the process – since 3D scanning is very expensive – I’ve started with some clay imprints. To my big surprise this is mine, looks like I’ve pressed my breasts in the clay instead, doesn’t it? Now I see this I finally understand why most dining chairs do not feel comfortable. Should I have the imprints milled in wood?
