Exercises in Seating in a Garage

Maxlamb

|In Milan I loved an exhibition of chairs in an old garage. All chairs were dominated by their material, and I especially fancied a tiny Poly Bronze combi, carved from a block of low density expanded polystyrene (typically used in the mass production of aluminium engine blocks) combined with sand-casting in bronze. Each cast is unique since the master is lost during the process. Art Max Lamb
