|The last couple of years the masters at Design Academy Eindhoven start to repeat themselves, like making carpets from pieces of nature (last year: stinging-nettles; this year: pine needles), listening to the needs of old people, questioning pollution, etc. So it starts to be all about the realization. With that in mind I loved these objects so much I wanted to own them > L: Foam Fences (a suggestion of privacy) by Anton Hendrik Denys M: Regen (cheap and very beautiful water-proof garments made of cotton rope – without sewing or cutting – on a laser-cut steel mould with a layer of latex) by Wendy Andreu (click to watch video) R: Inside Out (a second life of 50 meters of a cow’s intestines, wrapped around LED tubes lights, meant for sustainable restaurants and disappearing over time) by Kathrine Barbro Bendixen
