Women’s World Car of the Year 2011

|The BMW 5 series and Citroën DS3 were the winners in the luxury and economic category at the Women’s World Car of the Year Awards with a jury from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, America, Great Britain, South Africa ánd The Netherlands. Criteria: when do women buy a car, does it have sex appeal, what about safety and the environmental footprint? The winner may not reach 0-100 km/u in less than so many seconds, but it is a car that appeals to women. The green car award went to Audi A1. By the way: the Economist suggested women will make the final decision in as much as 85% of all company cars in the future.
